Rich Club

Frequently Asked Questions

The club, your identity and chapters, together in one place.

What is Rich Club?

Rich Club is a selective private membership institution for individuals and organisations within the Rich ecosystem, operated by Rich Club Ltd in the United Kingdom.

Who can be a member?

Admission follows verified identity, authenticity, alignment with club values and the applicable admission criteria. Anonymous or unverified profiles are not admitted.

What does membership give access to?

The programme includes a certified member profile and badge, a private network and vetted directory, chapter and event participation, and consideration for institutional programmes. Access varies by plan, status, verification, curation and availability.

How does admission work?

The governance team reviews eligibility and the authenticity and institutional alignment of each profile. There is no automatic admission.

What are the plan fees?

Prime is US$ 50, Elite US$ 75 and Black US$ 100 per month. Special identifiers have a reference additional premium fee of US$ 50 per year. Founder has a one-time US$ 1,000 activation fee due only after approval.

Can membership or a designation be revoked?

Yes. Governance may suspend or revoke recognition for violations, fraud, misrepresentation, inactivity, loss of eligibility or an institutional decision, under the applicable rules.

What is id.rich?

A premium digital identity based on your name: name.id.rich, with a public profile at id.rich/name, a dynamic QR code and a single point for your digital presence.

Who is responsible for Rich Club?

Rich Club Ltd, Company Number 17055083, registered in England and Wales. Its registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Which addresses does Rich use?

club.com.rich is the main Rich Club address. com.rich leads to the club. Identity uses name.id.rich; chapters use name.com.rich.

What accompanies an id.rich identity?

An exclusive identifier, a verifiable public profile, dynamic QR code, digital presence management and the resources included in the selected plan. Affiliate eligibility follows the active plan's rules.

Is each identifier unique?

Each active identifier represents one address within its namespace.

Where can I use an identity address?

On business cards, social networks, professional signatures, presentations and institutional materials, linking to the public profile.

What is the official public profile?

The planned public identity page is id.rich/name, associated with name.id.rich. A chapter's public presence uses name.com.rich.

What can I customise?

The identity service includes a name, description, biography, important links, images and contact information.

Who can see the public profile?

The identity programme provides a public profile and account visibility options. Membership verification is intended to expose only the official public status, not private account information.

How long does an identity or chapter remain active?

Identity access follows the contracted plan and applicable licence conditions. Chapter access follows its approved conditions and renewal rules.

What happens without renewal?

The relevant licence or designation may be suspended or deactivated and may later return to allocation under its policy. A released name is not guaranteed to return to the former holder.

Can an identity or chapter be transferred or renamed?

Identity licence transfers, where permitted, require formal review, applicable fees, identity checks, good standing and express approval. Chapter allocation is governed separately and does not create a transferable or irrevocable property right.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Monthly plans and any applicable premium charges follow the conditions presented before contracting. Cancellation stops renewal under the applicable policy.

How are privacy and security handled?

The programme includes privacy, security, acceptable-use and data-management policies.

Are profile links checked?

Link security checks are part of the identity service described by the programme.

Who is responsible for published content?

The account holder retains rights over their own content and is responsible for its legality, truthfulness and necessary permissions.

Are there usage restrictions?

Illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities, impersonation, phishing, spam, malware, harassment and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited under the programme's conduct policies.

What does official verification confirm?

Identity verification confirms the existence and active recognition of an identifier. The separate Rich Club registry confirms official membership status.

What does a membership badge mean?

It represents successful admission and the official institutional status recorded by Rich Club Ltd. A badge is not purchased or self-assigned.

How can a membership claim be checked?

The programme provides for consultation of the official institutional registry and reporting to support.

What is a chapter?

An institutional representation tied to a city, region, country, sector or strategic territory, operating under Rich Club governance with a name.com.rich address. A chapter is not a standard identity registration.

How does a chapter differ from an ordinary domain?

A chapter is a selective institutional position, not an open domain registration. It requires evaluation, alignment and approval, under Rich Club's governance and the applicable licence conditions.

What is the Rich ecosystem?

It brings together premium digital identity, selective club participation, institutional chapters and programmes. An identity address, club membership and a chapter appointment are distinct.

How are chapter operators appointed?

Governance assesses institutional credibility, territorial relevance, local network, leadership, operational capacity and documentary integrity. Approved acquisition and activation lead to Supreme designation.

Can I find or request a local chapter?

The programme describes territorial and sectoral chapter positions. No listed name in this presentation constitutes an active chapter or a confirmed available allocation.

How does a chapter request work?

The planned path includes candidacy, individual governance review, possible shortlisting and interview, a decision, and approved acquisition and activation. Requesting a chapter does not guarantee approval, assignment or a name.

Can any name be requested?

Territorial, geographic, sectoral, professional and strategically reserved names follow institutional governance. A personal name, brand or company matching a reserved term creates no priority over it.

What if the desired name is unavailable?

Alternative identity combinations may be considered under the applicable naming policy. Reserved chapter names remain subject to governance.

Can I hold more than one identity or chapter?

The identity product describes an individual identifier; chapter designations are assessed separately under institutional governance.

Is activation automatic after a request?

No. A chapter requires approval and completion of the applicable institutional stages. Submitting an interest creates no right, reservation or priority.

What is Supreme Status?

The highest institutional tier of Rich Club's territorial governance, associated with appointed chapter leadership and strategic representation. It is not a subscription plan or a product for purchase.

Who may be considered for Supreme?

Review considers an active Black plan, a compliant identity, territorial relevance, business presence, network, operational capacity, institutional alignment and professional conduct. Eligibility does not guarantee selection.

When are selective activations expected?

The programme projects selective review and activations from 2027, subject to governance decisions. There is no fixed appointment deadline or obligation to select a candidate. The present showcase does not receive candidacies.

Does an identity guarantee Supreme or chapter priority?

No. A compliant identity is an eligibility signal, not a guarantee of approval or priority over a reserved asset. Matching a personal name, brand, company, territory or sector creates no such right.

Does stating a desired name reserve it?

No. Stating a name does not create a reservation, exclusivity, priority, territorial assignment or future appointment. Governance retains authority over reserved assets.

How does institutional review work?

Review is manual and considers alignment, territorial relevance, network capacity, operational ability, integrity and the applicable standards. The governing body makes the final decision.

Is Founder a plan or an automatic Black upgrade?

No. Founder Member 2026 is a selective additional layer requiring institutional review and approval. Black must remain active for current benefits. The one-time US$ 1,000 activation fee is due only after approval.

Who is eligible for affiliate commissions?

An active identity and an active Elite or Black plan are required. Elite receives 25% and Black receives 50% on qualified sales of any plan, including Prime. Prime holders are not eligible as affiliates.

When can an eligible commission be paid?

The programme specifies 30 days of validation, a minimum eligible balance of US$ 200 and manual payment processing in fixed weekly or fortnightly windows. Each amount depends on confirmed sales and programme conditions.

How can I contact the team?

Institutional governance: governance@com.rich. Identity support: identity@com.rich. Chapter enquiries: chapter@com.rich. General support: contact@com.rich.

Can someone not yet approved ask about the process?

The programme provides for enquiries about eligibility, candidacy and evaluation through the appropriate contact channels.
