.com.rich is a global infrastructure of strategic chapters tied to a city, region, luxury sector or institutional territory. It is not a domain registrar or a social network. Monaco.com.rich, Yachts.com.rich and Jewelry.com.rich illustrate distinct positions within that structure.

Your chapter is your authority: a digital layer of institutional presence tied to geography and sector. Each chapter follows evaluation, alignment and approval. Requesting a chapter is not approval.

A .com.rich chapter represents a position within the Rich Club ecosystem. Access is individual and selective.

Each Club is an institutional chapter: a licensed governance node tied to a territory and operated under the standards of Rich Club Ltd. The appointed operator receives Supreme status upon approved chapter acquisition and activation.

City Chapters, Regional Chapters, Country Chapters and Vertical Chapters provide territorial and sectoral models. A chapter is not a franchise, an autonomous business, an investment, profit sharing or an irrevocable entitlement.

Rich Chapters can be structured around different territory definitions, each subject to availability and governance approval.

Territory availability is determined exclusively by Rich Club governance. Submitting a candidacy for a specific territory does not reserve or guarantee it. Availability is assessed at the time of review.

  A national-level chapter representing Rich Club in an entire country.

These conditions must be met at the time of application. Meeting them does not guarantee approval or chapter assignment.

The planned process comprises candidacy, individual governance review, decision, approved acquisition and activation, followed by Supreme designation. Review considers territory availability, eligibility, leadership and strategic alignment.

Applicants are assessed for active membership in good standing, a verified profile, leadership capacity, engagement in interviews, documentary integrity and the ability to operate within central governance.

Chapter selection follows a defined institutional sequence. Each step proceeds only after the previous one is complete.

   Governance review: Rich Club governance assesses territorial availability, eligibility criteria and institutional alignment.

   Approval decision: the institution issues a formal decision; a candidacy may be approved, deferred or declined at any stage.

   Supreme status and activation: approved candidates proceed to Supreme status and chapter activation, the highest institutional level in the ecosystem.

Supreme is the highest institutional tier within Rich Club's territorial governance structure. It recognises a territorial representative with leadership presence and strategic relevance. It is not a subscription plan, a badge or a product for purchase.

The programme's timetable distinguishes candidate qualification in 2026 from selective activations projected from 2027. This timetable is indicative, subject to governance decisions and creates no obligation to appoint. The current showcase does not receive candidacies.

Submitting a candidacy creates no right to a chapter or Supreme status. Rich Club governance may decline any candidacy at any stage without an obligation to justify its decision. Declared territorial interest does not reserve that territory.

An active chapter may be suspended or revoked for governance violations, inactivity, loss of eligibility or a decision by the central institution. Supreme status granted through the chapter follows the same conditions and is not permanent.

A Rich Chapter is an institutional representation of Rich Club, not a franchise, distribution licence or independent business. It does not constitute an investment vehicle, guarantee financial results or imply profit-sharing arrangements. All operational and financial terms are defined exclusively by Rich Club governance and communicated only to approved operators.

World capitals, financial centres, luxury markets, international business hubs, sectors and strategically reserved names follow institutional allocation. A matching personal name, brand, company or identity does not create priority over a reserved asset.

Stating a desired name creates no reservation, exclusivity, priority, territorial assignment or right to appointment. Institutional governance may decline, defer, suspend or revoke a designation for violations, inactivity, loss of eligibility or a governance decision.
